For comprehensive, value for money home insurance look no further than the great deals we have for you.

If you’re looking to insure your home and contents for a set amount (up to £500,000 for your buildings and £60,000 for your contents) then we have very competitive premiums for you.

Alternatively you may want the absolute reassurance that you are covered whatever the amount and for this we have an unlimited cover plan. With this policy you are covered for the complete rebuild cost of your property as well as the full reinstatement value for your contents. The benefit to you is that because cover is unlimited you never need worry about being underinsured.

As well as the great benefits the above offer, you can add more too. For example how about cover for:

  • the accidental paint spillage on your carpet
  • sanitary ware accidentally damaged
  • accidental damage to your TV

By adding Accidental Damage* to your policy you can take the worry out of these and many other “accidental incidents” which can happen around the home.

Wouldn’t it be reassuring to know someone was on the end of a phone to help you in a time of crisis following an incident? Well now there is. By adding Home Emergency Cover to your policy, you will receive assistance following an incident such as:

  1. Roof damage
  2. Plumbing and drainage – the sudden damage to, or blockage, breakage or flooding of, the drains or plumbing system in your home.
  3. Main heating system – the sudden failure to function of the main heating system in your home.
  4. Domestic power supply – the failure of the domestic electricity, or domestic gas supply, but not the failure of the mains supply.
  5. Toilet unit – impact damage to, or mechanical failure of, the toilet bowl or cistern in your home which results in complete loss of function.
  6. Home security – Damage to, or the failure of, external doors, windows or locks which compromises the security of your home.
  7. Lost keys

This is not an exhaustive list and the level of cover varies between insurers.

As well as Home Emergency cover you are also eligible for Legal Expenses cover too, assistance in providing legal advice and representation in instances such as:

  1. Employment disputes
  2. Contract disputes
  3. Bodily injury
  4. Property
  5. Tax protection
  6. Legal defence

This is not an exhaustive list and the level of cover varies between insurers.

(Home Emergency and Legal Expenses cover is free for the 1st year on selected schemes).

Mortgages:
Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. This information does not contain all the details you need to choose a mortgage. Make sure that you read the separate Key Facts Illustration before you make a decision. There will be a fee for mortgage advice. Our fees vary depending on the type of mortgage arranged. For example, on PRIME cases the fee will normally be 1.0% of the mortgage advance, with a minimum fee of £495. On a SUB PRIME or IMPAIRED CREDIT mortgage the fee will normally be 1.5% - 2.0% of the mortgage advance with a minimum fee of  £500.

Secured Loans:
Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your Mortgage or any other debt secured on it. By consolidating your existing financial commitments, you should be aware that whilst this may mean you will make short term savings, over the long term, you may end up paying more. This is because you may be extending the period of the loan. You are also transferring previously unsecured debts to a mortgage which is secured on your home.
